Planning to Attract Investment and Business
Wallsend Town Business Association has completed the following consultation with the local community to support its Business Plan. These reports offer the business district an understanding of what its business max should be into the future as well as those consumers that is can attract to the business district once this business mix is achieved.
The Wallsend Town Business Association has been working with Newcastle City Council and Placewise to complete a Master Plan for the Wallsend Rotunda Park which is in its first stage. Discussions have been ongoing with Newcastle City COuncil in regards to implementation of this plan and the Business Association is looking to committ the funds from its budget to complete the implementation strategy over next 3 – 5 years.
